Anyone else have something with that chipset on it?
I can't tell if it's drivers or what..my new-to-me desktop has this chipset on board, no doubt more to support the on board wireless, I suspect. I noticed transferring some large files around on my network that I was topping out around like 20-30 M/s, almost like a hard limit when it hit it too. It indicated a 1Gbps link, and my gaming rig that was here previously didn't run into it, but I swapped cables anyway to rule that out. No change.
Finally decided perhaps chipset is garbage..use a USB3 with Gigabit port and I'm up to 90 M/s..much more what I am expecting. So..is that card just garbage? I didn't see any never drivers.
Have it hooked up to my XBR5 in 1080p and its sick. Not to mention they have the strongest reliability ratings!!! BLU RAY, i5 processor and a 14in display best bang for your buck!!!! Toshiba satellite m645 hard drive.
